Good phone, slow support

I bought the motorola edge+ and it's a solid phone for the price. The screen is great and the camera is decent. Shipping was pretty quick, arrived two days earlier than the tracking said. My only gripe is I had a question about setting up the eSIM and customer service took a while to get back to me. The chat bot wasn't much help either. Once I got a real person though, they sorted it out. Overall happy with the phone, but support could be faster.

So I finally decided to upgrade and went with the motorola razr 2023. It's super cool, like the flip phone vibe but with all the smart tech.
